The International Academic Campaign Calls for a Palestinian–Chinese Academic Partnership to Advance Justice for the Palestinian People
Dr. Ramzi Odeh, Secretary-General of the International Academic Campaign Against Occupation and Apartheid, called for strengthening Palestinian–Chinese academic cooperation and developing academic exchange programs, joint research initiatives, and people-to-people academic diplomacy to support the rights of the Palestinian people and promote justice and human rights.
His remarks came during an address at an international conference hosted by the School of International Studies at Renmin University of China, attended by the Dean of the School, Professor Li Jing, and academic delegations from China, Jordan, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Palestine.
Dr. Odeh emphasized that international academic cooperation goes beyond the exchange of knowledge and expertise. It serves as a platform for strengthening people-to-people diplomacy, fostering international solidarity, and expanding the presence of the Palestinian cause within international academic circles.
